Mayday Mayday!    ChiIL Mama's giving away some great stuff this month.    May 1st has traditionally been a celebration for the workers, so we've got a bunch of egalitarian freebies for the proletariat out there.   


May also brings us Cinco de Mayo the 5th, CircEsteem's Spring Circus & The Chicago Green Festival  the 13th & 14th, Peter Pan 360, more great book and DVD reviews, and hopefully some May flowers (for the soggy April we endured in Chi town).   We also have a guest review and photos of Kindiefest in Brooklyn, by Chicago Kindie Rock Icon, Little Miss Ann!


May at ChiIL Mama also brings video interviews with Dixie the Tupperware party diva, live coverage from Summer Camp Music Festival, a continuation of our Eco-Orlando features, Riot Grrrl Live, and loads more band interviews and live concert footage.   


We still have 4 interviews featuring talented kids IN bands and interviews with members of the long running theatre fav, That's Weird Grandma.   We have a big Keller Williams Feature, leading up to Summer Camp Music Fest where he'll be playing Memorial Day weekend.   We also have roundups of the best summer camps and festivals, so check in early and often.


We'll announce our ticket winners on Free Tickets Tuesdays and our CD winners on Win A Disc Wednesdays throughout the month, so drop by weekly and see if you've won.


We also have a sweet American Girl Doll of the year, Kanani, give away running all month.    Enter through midnight the 31st.   Our winner will be announced June 1st.
