Hubbard, is all shook up over Elvis’s upcoming 78^th birthday on Tuesday, January 8.  So in honor of the occasion, Rockit will offer a sandwich ($11) fit for the King that day.  Complete with peanut butter, bananas, bacon and honey and a side of sweet potato fries, it’s safe to say that you’d be a fool not to rush in for this one-day-only offering.
