Thanks for giving me life and love, Dad.
Happy Father's Day!
Fond memories of crazy inventions, waking early and playing Cribbage, you coming to every high school play, concert etc. I was in, you helping me move to Chicago in 1990, made up bedtime stories about Miniature Mouse, and carry the life of the frog.... Love you Dad.
We're unusual in our family. By senior year in high school, we took a poll in my Psych class and only 2 people still had parents married to each other. Mine are heading for their 52nd anniversary this August. My own dad and my husband's dad and stepdad are all alive and well, so our kids are lucky to have THREE grandpas--Gramps, Grandpa Leo and Pop Pop.
Unlike most of our friends, my husband and I are still together as well! Thank you for loving, supporting, teaching and amusing our kids. You rock! Love you, Dug.
